Dr. Kalyan Chothe, F.R.C.S (Ophth) from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow, England, has been serving patients with super-specialty eye care consultations and cataract, glaucoma, retinal, and other surgeries for over 17 years, emerging his professional career in 2005.

Dr. Kalyan Chothe received his MBBS from Rural Medical College, Loni (Pune University), and his F.R.C.S (Ophth) from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow, England.

 

Following his education, he pursued ophthalmology residency training at Lions NAB Eye Hospital in Miraj.

 

Did his fellowship in general Ophthalmology (Anterior Segment) & Phacoemulsification for 2 Years at Lions NAB Eye Hospital, Miraj. (Performed more than 2000 Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgeries).

 

Took training in Medical Retina (Laser Treatment) & Retinopathy of Pre-maturity (ROP) at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (A.I.I.M.S), New Delhi.

 

He participated in Pediatric Ophthalmology & Squint Training Programmed by ORBIS International, U.S.A. in dc-10 flying eye hospital.

 

He worked as Junior consultant in Pediatric Ophthalmology & Squint Department of Lions NAB Eye hospital In collaboration with ORBIS.

 

Currently working as consultant Ophthalmologist at, Shivam Eye Care Center and Wockhardt hospitals, Nashik Since 2005.
